Clearing your cache

If you are facing a blank screen or any loading issues at this page: https://login.hireful.app, the first step we will generally advise is to try pressing CTRL+F5 together on your keyboard. If this does not work, then we would advise a full cache clear (directions below). This will remove older versions of our files within your browser and will usually resolve the problem.

 

If you are still having issues after a full cache clear, please do contact us at support@hireful.co.uk and we will happily arrange a screenshare with you to get you back up and running within our ATS.

 

Please see below for steps on how to clear your cache for both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, depending on which browser you are using.

 

Microsoft Edge:

 

  • Click the three dots at the top of your browser window.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Navigate to Privacy, search and services on the left and scroll down to Clear browsing data.
  • Click Choose what to clear.
  • Change the time range to All time, ensuring the option for "Cached images and files" is ticked.
  • Click Clear now.


Google Chrome:

 

  • Click the three dots at the top of your browser window.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Navigate to Privacy and security on the left and click on Clear browsing data.
  • Change the time range to All time, ensuring the option for "Cached images and files" is ticked.
  • Click Clear data.
