You may have been asked by a member of our Support team to create a .har file to assist with troubleshooting the issue you are facing.
Please see the following steps to help you generate this:
1. Open your preferred web browser (e.g. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
2. Press the F12 key on your keyboard to open the developer tools. Alternatively, you can right-click on any part of the webpage and select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element."
3. In the developer tools panel, find the "Network" tab and click on it.
4. Refresh the webpage to capture the network traffic related to your issue. If the problem requires specific steps to reproduce, please perform those actions before refreshing the page.
5. Make sure that the Preserve log and Disable cache checkboxes are selected. This will allow you to preserve logs between page refreshes and see the page updates.
6. Once you have reproduced the issue and captured the necessary network traffic, right-click anywhere within the "Network" tab and choose "Save All as HAR" or "Save All as HAR with Content."
7. Save the .har file to a location on your computer where you can easily find it.
Finally, send the .har file to us and we will investigate.
