Logging In

When you are registered to the agency portal you will receive an email with the web address of the agency portal, your username (this is typically your email) and your password:

To login go to the web address for the portal and input your username and password and press "Log-In". If you cannot login then you can choose the option to reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password". This is covered in a separate article.

Logging Out

The system will log you out automatically after a reasonable periods of non-activity. However, it is always a good idea to log out when you are finished working within the agency portal.

To log out, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the screen.

From the drop-down list then select "Logout".
