hireful are now offering live chat to go, grow, pro and hero versions of the ATS.

It's very simple to use, and hopefully will save you time with ATS queries!

Once you have logged into your ATS, in the top right you can click on the support chat button.

If this is not visible, please contact support@hireful.co.uk. If you are on grow, pro or hero or above version of the ATS, we can easily get this activated for you.

Once you click on the support chat button you will then be able to input your name and contact details and click Start Live Chat where you will be able to speak to one of the team.
