Updates on Job Posting Integration with Twitter

As of the end of August 2023, we've made the decision to cease posting client job vacancies to Twitter. This choice stems from a recent policy shift by Twitter regarding its API, the conduit through which integration with other platforms takes place.

With Twitter now under the ownership of Elon Musk (as of October 2022), there's been a shift in how the platform operates and monetises its services. A notable change is the introduction of fees for specific integrations.

Upon reviewing our data, we found that out of nearly 2 million applications we receive annually, a mere 0.07% originates from Twitter, equating to roughly 1,200 applications. Given this minimal volume, and in light of Twitter's proposed fees, we deduced that this is not a cost-effective investment for us or our clients.

While Twitter is a significant player in the social media ecosystem, for our specific purpose, it hasn't proven to be a substantial source of candidates. Instead of committing to a pricey integration with Twitter, we'll be focusing on expanding and strengthening our presence on other platforms and job sites that have shown greater efficacy.

We value our clients' and partners' understanding on this matter and remain dedicated to offering the best solutions for their hiring needs.
