If you have accounts with the boards listed above, our technical team can work with you to integrate these boards directly into your ATS. Setting up these integrations will allow you to benefit from the following three key features:
1. Publish to the Job Board without leaving the ATS
When you add a job to the ATS, you can choose to publish it to any of the boards that you have had integrated to your system.
The process is very straightforward in that you simply select the desired job board on the Marketing page.
You then complete a few extra details about the job (this will be job board specific) and then select the Publish option.
You advert is then published straight to the desired job board(s) within a few seconds. Please note, Indeed will take around 3-4 hours to publish the job.
2. Automatic Tracking of all Applicants
When the ATS publishes the job to the job board(s), it uses a special URL that includes tracking code so that when an applicant applies via the job boards, the field for "How did you hear about this role?" us automatically selected for them and cannot be changed.
This ensures that you can accurately report on the performance of your integrated job boards within the ATS.
3. Application Integration with Job Boards
The problem with mobile applications...
Over half of the applicants viewing jobs on job boards are using mobile or tablet devices. The good news is that our ATS offers application forms that detect mobile / tablet users, offering an easy to use application form that fits any mobile device.
A second hurdle arises for mobile applicants, in that the majority cannot attach a copy of their CV from their device. Some application systems will send an email link to complete the application later, but this is a step that a reasonable percentage of applicants never do. Overall, recruiters face both delayed and lost applications due to this hurdle.
The Solution
Job boards have recently offered a solution to ATS providers to solve this problem. Now, when an applicant clicks on an ad and is redirected to the ATS application form, the ATS will call back to the job board to gather the applicant's CV and basic contact details (name, email etc.).
1. The job board send us applicant information.
2. Their basic data is automatically filled in.
3, Applicants CV is automatically attached.
Whilst this is a helpful addition for applicants applying via a laptop / desktop PC, it is a huge improvement for applicants using mobile and tablet devices and recruiters see a much higher completion rate for application forms for mobile / tablet users.
